Sliding Timber Gates
More and more people are opting for the convenience of a sliding residential timber gate. These gates combine the beauty of the hardwood teak timber with the convenience of sliding easily on their rails. They are a great alternative to swing gates and provide the same level of security and privacy. If you don't have a builder or ground worker, we can still help you install the ground rail.
How to measure a sliding gate
Width
Simply measure the distance between the walls (the gap size) and this will give you your Width size. When taking measurements we strongly recommend that you measure the opening in 3 places (top, middle and bottom). Should there be a deviation in size we suggest you use the average width for pricing purposes.
Height
Simply measure the Height from the ground to the underside of the pier capping.
